1. The service
RoseDoctor provides AI-based rose disease diagnosis from your photos and descriptions, a disease library, articles, a Q&A assistant and a care-scheduling tool for each of your pots. By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Results are for reference only
- Diagnoses, treatment plans and care schedules are generated automatically by AI models and RoseDoctor's knowledge base; they may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your plant's actual conditions.
- Results do not replace advice from a plant protection specialist. For valuable plants or severe problems, consult a specialist.
- You decide, and are responsible for, how you care for and treat your plants.
3. Products and treatments
- When using pesticides, fertilisers or other preparations, always read and follow the label, wear protective equipment, comply with the law, and keep products away from children and pets.
- Dosages mentioned in RoseDoctor content are general suggestions; the product label always takes precedence.
- "Buy now" links lead to third-party sites. RoseDoctor does not sell products and is not responsible for products, prices, delivery or sellers' policies.
4. Accounts
- Provide an accurate email address, keep your password secret, and take responsibility for activity in your account.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Content you upload
- Only upload photos and content you have the right to use; do not upload illegal or offensive content or other people's personal information.
- You keep ownership of your photos. By uploading, you allow RoseDoctor to store, process and display them to provide the service (including through share links) and to use them to improve RoseDoctor's AI models. This permission is non-exclusive and free of charge.
- Uploaded photos can be viewed by anyone with the link (see section 4 of the Privacy Policy).
6. Fair use
Do not use automated tools to send large numbers of requests, try to bypass usage limits, or interfere with, scan or disrupt the system.
7. Intellectual property
Disease library content, articles, the interface and source code belong to RoseDoctor or its licensors. You may freely share links; if you reproduce content, credit chamsochoahong.com and do not use it commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RoseDoctor is not liable for damage to plants or property, or costs arising from following diagnoses, care suggestions or third-party products. The service may be interrupted for maintenance.
9. Changes
We may update the service and these terms; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent authorities of Vietnam.
